Abusive Practices

| The transmission of unsolicited or prohibited advertising or other content through the WebClick Content Management System is forbidden. The use of the WebClick Content Management System for unsolicited mass mailings or postings (commonly known as "Spam") by any customer will cause that customer's WebClick Content Management System to be deleted immediately and without warning, and the customer will be held legally responsible for the damages to WebClick, both monetary and in reputation. Abusive practices may also result in your email address or even your domain being blacklisted. |

Adult-oriented sites
|
| Adult-oriented sites, designed for entertainment or commercial purposes, are not allowed to use the WebClick Content Management System. Forbidden sites include those that provide access to pornographic materials, whether for free or for payment, regardless of whether adult verification is used or not. Exceptions are made for educational sites. |

Source Code

This program is not freeware. The source code may not be copied or distributed. Copyright belongs to the authors.

Traffic
|
| The system will generate traffic on the server it is hosted on. The traffic charges incurred will be for the account of the client. Please contact you ISP to find out what these charges are before purchasing or using the system. |

System requirements
|
| The system requires the items listed on the WebClick website at www.webclick.co.za. Please find out whether your ISP and the hosting account you have with them supports the WebClick requirements. |

Liability
|
| WebClick shall not be responsible for, and shall not pay, any amount of incidental, consequential or other indirect or direct damages, whether based on lost revenue or otherwise, that springs from the use of the WebClick system. |

Limitation
|
The WebClick system may be installed on one domain only. This would be the domain it was purchased for originally.

| The WebClick system has been tested on more than one browser. However, the system is guarnteed to work only in IE. |
